We all know someone who has been affected by cancer. I’m taking part in Dry Feb to raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society, as nearly half of Canadians are expected to be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Giving up alcohol for the month is also an opportunity to take advantage of some great health benefits, such as sleeping better and having more energy.
