Because Beer Craft Beer Festival announces the return of Because Brrr in a weekend of sampling sessions for 2024, when we’ll gather at Hamilton’s Bridgeworks to celebrate great local craft beer and cider! Sample craft beverage vendors, enjoy delicious food, a free retro arcade, and live music acts in a sessions format.
Choose from three four-hour session options: Friday February 16 (8pm-midnight), Saturday February 17 (2pm-6pm), and Saturday February 17 (8pm-midnight) in Hamilton’s Bridgeworks, on the north end of Central Park, just a short stroll from the West Harbour GO.
This event will take place exclusively indoors.
Vendors include Black Fly Beverage Co., Clifford Brewing Co., Collective Arts Brewing, Ernest Cider Co., Grain & Grit Beer Co., Merit Brewing Co., Shawn & Ed Brewing Co., West Avenue Cider House and Willibald Farm Distillery & Brewery (Ernest Cider features on Friday session only).
Food options will be available to purchase.
Live entertainment will vary by day. Friday late session will feature two sets from Born In The Eighties. Saturday early session will feature two sets from Generator Party. Saturday late session will feature two sets from The 99s. DJ Close will be the weekend’s resident DJ, keeping choice tunes flowing through each session.
Because Brrr ticket purchase also entitles buyer to exclusive access to Presale tickets for Because Beer 2024 (taking place July 12-13, 2024 in Pier 4 Park). This tier will not be otherwise available. Access link will be shared post-Because Brrr.
Because Brrr tickets include a complimentary sampling cup.
Four-ounce sampling tokens are not included in ticket but will be available for purchase: Five for $10, 10 for $20.

Venue bar will not be serving alcohol during this event.
