The Hamilton Santa Clause Parade is put on by the Hamilton Santa Claus Parade Committee, an independent volunteer committee that works year in and year out, providing fun and entertainment for the children of Hamilton.
This group starts working on this parade as early as February and works diligently throughout the year.

Food Drive and Donations will happen minutes before the parade starts and will be collected by Mission Services of Hamilton, please support.

Parade Starts at 2:00 PM
Same Route as last year.
This year, the parade will once again be on the mountain traveling from Acadia Drive along Upper Sherman to Limeridge Rd. and ending at Lime Ridge Mall.

Santa will be doing the tree lighting ceremony at the mall immediately following the parade.

Some Parade Entry Features –
Charles Dickens Float (Crowd Favourite) and some of our favorite Disney characters
9 bands this year – 163 Pipes & Drums, Burlington Teen Tour Band, Greater Hamilton Cadet Band, McMaster University Band, Salvation Army Band, Royal Hamilton Light Infantry (RHLI) Band, 540 Golden Hawks, Lian Hua Arts Group – Tian Guo, Filipino Community Band of Canada

And of course, Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus!

The Santa Claus Parade Committee would like to thank Councillor Tom Jackson of Ward 6, Councillor Esther Pauls of Ward, Councillor Rob Cooper of Ward 8 and Councillor Mike Spadafora of Ward 14. Without their support, this parade would not be happening this year.
Councillor Jackson has always been a big supporter of the Hamilton Santa Claus parade and its celebration of the holiday season in the City of Hamilton.
