The 2026 Hamilton – Burlington MS Walk will be held on May 31, bringing the community together in support of MS Canada.
MS is a neurological disease that breaks down the protective covering of nerves. MS not only impacts the person diagnosed, but also their families, friends and communities, often earning it the name “the family disease”.
In Canada, approximately 12 people are diagnosed with MS every day. That is one person every two hours.
MS Walk is a community-driven fundraising event for Canadians affected by MS. We come together annually across the country to build awareness for multiple sclerosis and fundraise for MS Canada.
MS Canada connects the MS community to support and wellness programs, advocacy opportunities and the latest MS research.
Join us in-person at the 2026 Hamilton – Burlington MS Walk or walk virtually from wherever you are. Every step fuels awareness, strengthens support networks, and drives research for over 90,000 Canadians affected by MS.
Registration begins at 9:30am, Opening Ceremonies at 11am with Walk to follow.
